Uniserv Solutions with SAP®-certified Integration for Customer Identification and Address Validation for mySAP.com™
Pforzheim/Rosenheim – August 2002. Uniserv, the leading German software house for address management solutions located in Pforzheim, and its SAP software partner paricon, Rosenheim, now officially have interface certification for the Uniserv software ‘post for mySAP.com™’ (postal address validation) and ‘mail for mySAP.com™’ (address retrieval and customer identification). The internationally applicable systems can thus be utilized in any desired application under mySAP.com™ or in existing SAP® R/3®applications. The test conducted by SAP took place according to a specified test scenario and within the framework of an on-site installation at SAP in Walldorf.
With the certification, SAP confirms the smooth integration of the sector-neutral and application-neutral Uniserv programs with all mySAP.com™ solutions such as mySAP CRM or SAP R/3 (release 4.6. and higher). The two products are thus among the first software standards worldwide for quality assurance and enhancement in the management of customer and prospect addresses that are equipped with SAP-certified integration.
With the aid of ‘post for mySAP.com’ and ‘mail for mySAP.com’, users of SAP solutions are now able to centrally manage all processes involved in compiling, monitoring, changing and maintaining customer and prospect addresses. post for mySAP.com is used as a postal checking system for reliably validating addresses on the postal code, city, street and house number levels. mail for mySAP.com is a successful, high-performing solution for address retrieval and customer identification and is thus designed for the prevention of data contamination in customer and prospect addresses. Hence, both solutions contribute to improving and enhancing the productivity and efficiency of customer-oriented processes.
