Pforzheim, September 2005. This year's participation of Uniserv, the data quality specialists from Pforzheim in Germany, at the Convention 2005 in Tours revolves around the creation of a correct and duplicate-free database and the advantages which thereby arise for every business, such as resilient and productive customer relationships, a significant reduction in costs and a profitable dialogue with customers and prospective customers. The trade fair presentation is focussed on the internationally usable software solutions with SAP®-certified integration and Plug & Play installation. In particular, incorrect or incomplete addresses can be prevented by means of the product post for mySAP™ Business Suite. This software has been certified by La Poste and is reliable, error-tolerant and automates the tasks to a large extent. The software mail for mySAP™ Business Suite is error-tolerant and finds data records which are duplicated internationally or have several instances and also prevents their creation. In addition to this, the software can efficiently distinguish and separate customers from prospective customers.

Both solutions operate directly out of SAP® R/3® and mySAP™ CRM in real-time, thereby directly providing users with the central key to successful customer bonding without any additional outlay, as Fadhel Belaiba, head of sales at Uniserv, knows: "Businesses are increasingly recognizing the value of optimum data quality.
