Uniserv offers Plug&Play Integration in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Comfortable installation of the Uniserv Data Quality Services including provision of the requisite user dialogs - integration in Siebel and salesforce.com available in the near future
Pforzheim, 25 November 2009. Uniserv GmbH for Data Quality from Pforzheim, Europe's largest specialised supplier of data quality solutions, announces the availability of Plug&Play integration of its interactive Real-Time Services for the validation and automatic correction of addresses and error-tolerant searching and duplicate checking in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The installation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system involves minimum effort and not only provides the services but also the requisite user dialogs. In this respect, the solution draws on existing functions as far as possible, e.g. for merging duplicates identified in the system. The services can be adapted to the respective requirements by means of customizing, which is completely integrated in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a result, the same high-grade Uniserv functions for securing the quality of customer data can be used just as easily for Microsoft Dynamics CRM as they have been for years for SAP CRM, amongst others.
With the possibility of Plug&Play integration, Uniserv is taking into account both the strong growth in the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in small and medium-sized enterprises and also its increasing success at larger companies. At the same time, this is a further strategic step towards the provision of easy integration of the Uniserv Data Quality Services for the market-leading CRM systems.
