Data Quality Helps Increase Customer Loyalty

 

Data quality in SAP® R/3® and mySAP™ CRM boosts customer loyalty and cuts costs

Pforzheim, Germany, September 2004. Data quality specialist Uniserv is featuring customer care and cost optimization for companies as its key themes for this year's participation at the Convention USF 2004 in La Baule, France. It has become a truism that it is many times more expensive to win new customers than to retain existing ones. The key to successfully building customer loyalty and thus to significantly reducing costs is well-maintained, top-quality address data. With the duplicate check software system mail for mySAP.com™, an error-tolerant search for addresses can be made and customers can be identified. Both solutions function together seamlessly and continuously to ensure the highest address data quality – for a successful customer relationship at reduced cost.
