This aphorism illustrates what great opportunities applications for geomarketing and micromarketing measures have to offer. With our system geocoding, we provide you with an interesting instrument to furnish your customer and address data with important supplementary characteristics and thus to gather directly utilizable knowledge about your customers and prospects.

The linchpin in geomarketing and micromarketing is the address. Only when using it are you able to assign the most diverse information individually. With the address you open up new dimensions in your 1:1 marketing, reduce your costs and increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of your applications.

The information with geocoding can be of different kinds:

  • General information such as coordinates for location or route planning or statistical districts, jurisdictions of offices or public authorities, delivery information of freight services or similar information.
  • Micromarketing information from various Uniserv partners, which make statements about the living environment and thus allow conclusions to be drawn about the profile of a concrete customer or prospect. Besides investigating the customer structure and analyzing the location, this view in particular opens up completely new possibilities of qualifying prospects and new customers, e.g. as a building block in checking creditworthiness and in risk assessment.
  • Data from your own company, such as those for a branch responsible for an area or for the respective sales representative.
 

The assignment of information is error tolerant. Hence, reading, hearing or spelling errors and also abbreviations in the address pose no problems. Depending on the type and "granularity" of the geographical information, the assignment can be targeted to an individual house, a section of a street, a street, a city district or an entire city.
