The Product Demonstration area gives you an impression of what opportunities you have of joining addresses together using mailBatch. The following explanations ease your start in the Demo.

Fundamentally a difference is to be made between two comparisons. The Consumer Comparison is primarily designed for cleaning up private addresses. Contrary to this the Business-Comparison extends the cleaning of duplicates of company addresses and takes their peculiarities such as departments for example into consideration. In the first place we will guide you through the Consumer Comparison. You can easily change by clicking on the "Business Comparison" button.

Both comparisons are equipped with the buttons "Clustering" and "Duplicates". The type of comparison can be selected via "Clustering", i.e. which constituents of an address are to be used for duplicate comparison. The "Duplicates" button determines the quality of the comparison. Those addresses that are recognised relatively certainly are brought together exclusively in a duplicate group "Certain only" (Underkill). They are marked by a green dot. The setting "All" additionally includes the addresses in the duplicate group that differ from one another more strongly (Overkill). These are marked accordingly with a red square.

All items underlined have a Help Text that provides you with valuable and interesting information for a better understanding. All addresses starting with an arrow up to the following empty line form a duplicate group. The selected examples refer the countries China, France, Germany, Greece, Russia and the USA. They are representative for the data matching expertise of Uniserv with over 20 countries and the Unicode capability of mailBatch, the data matching software.

The address material that is used within the framework of this software demonstration has been changed so that as a rule it is not attributable to real people. Individual company names used that refer to real companies merely serve by way of an illustration of the individual content of product services within this demonstration.
