This online component ensures that in the future only addresses with a valid postal code city and street name, and if necessary, the correct house number or post office box number are managed in your database. Operating on the basis of various analysis methods, post for iSeries (AS/400) is error tolerant and enables the automatic checking and correction of your addresses by means of its complete, up-to-date reference tables. For ambiguities that cannot be clarified automatically, the user is presented a selection and thus can solve the problem in the call center directly in dialog with the customer. post for iSeries (AS/400) is available in various national versions for the most important European countries. |

With mail for iSeries (AS/400) you will find the address you are seeking in your database even if it has been stored with errors or if your search query contains errors. The search with partial information can be a "fast" and/or error-tolerant alternative to the generic database search you may have used up to now. But of course you can search with complete name and address information. Usually this happens automatically, before a new address or a change-of-address is entered into the database. Even an error-tolerant search with a telephone number or date of birth is possible. In order to search for certain address types, mail for iSeries (AS/400) of course also supports a "role" function. |
