Our solution for customer-oriented marketing in the ORACLE® environment consists of three components for optimizing your address management. The components can either be used as a unit or individually.

This online component ensures that in the future only addresses with valid postal codes, city and street names, and - if necessary - even the correct house or post office box numbers are managed in your ORACLE® database. post for ORACLE® operates on the basis of various, error-tolerant analysis methods. Through complete, up-to-date reference tables, it enables the automatic validation and correction of your addresses. For ambiguities that cannot be clarified automatically, a selection is displayed and the user can thus solve the problem in the call center directly in dialog with the customer. post for ORACLE® is available in various national versions for the most important European countries. |
mail for ORACLE®

With mail for ORACLE®, you will find in a dialog the address you are seeking in your database even if it has been stored with errors or if your search query contains errors. The search with partial information can be used as "rapid" and/or error-tolerant alternative to the generic database search which may have been used up to now. Of course, the search can also be made using complete name and address information. Usually this takes place automatically, before a new address is entered or an address is to be changed in the database. An error-tolerant search with telephone number or date of birth is also possible. In order to search for certain address types, mail für ORACLE® of course also supports a "role" function. |
Direct Marketing Suite

DMS is the batch front-end instrument with which you can efficiently carry out typical address management tasks. The software is well-suited for transferring address data into your ORACLE®-application and serves the periodical updating of your database. DMS compiles the addresses in a uniform structure, converts them to upper or lower case depending on national conventions, does the postal address check and ensures the recognition of address duplicates. DMS also covers the geocoding of addresses for micromarketing tasks. All of the functions named above can be completed in a very short time, even for databases containing millions of addresses. |
