Architecture and Interfaces
For optimal integration of Uniserv software components from the product line OPENedition into your IT environment and processes, various interfaces are available which can be used in the context of client/server architecture. Thus, you can choose the exact solution that will best meet your particular requirements without having to do without performance or quality features.

Investment security and reduction of applications
- Given the multitude of available interfaces, it is no longer necessary to develop an own "bridge program". This reduces the development time and lowers the risks in your projects. Example: while for the first application in which you use address management tools a basic "C" interface may be sufficient, the requirements in the next project may be quite different.
With Uniserv client/server architecture you are always on the safe side. - Uniserv provides all of the required components. In the respective Client Kit and OPENedition server all of the needed components are included. Uniserv client/server technology builds directly on the TCP/IP system software available in every operating system. No additional connectivity software is necessary.
- You can run the respective address management server on the same computer as your application or transfer it to any other computer in the network, enabling growth, distribution of the workload and flexibility.
