Table Change Report
Uniserv supplies updated data tables for all the available postal expert systems at regular intervals. Changes/updates for these tables are researched by our partners and ourselves on a daily basis. As a user, you can also send us changes/updates for current data tables comfortably and directly by means of the table change report form. These are then carefully checked and incorporated in the next update as required.
Product Training
Competent, qualified consultants are available for intensive user support and instruction for all standard software systems, either as a course given inhouse at the customer's or in our modern training rooms in Pforzheim. The extent and duration of the training courses depends on the particular course content, as well as on the customer's requests and requirements which can be established individually.
