The courses are held in our training rooms, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Depending on the course content, there is access to special servers such as mainframe or UNIX. All trainers not only possess the necessary didactic skills, but also have special know-how obtained directly from practical experience. Accordingly, practice-relevant exercises make up a central part of the course. It goes without saying that each participant will be given intensive support. The course fees cover the instruction materials, lunch, and warm and cold beverages.

The number of participants per course is limited to twelve, so that we can give each participant optimal support. Each participant works at his or her own PC workstation during the course. In the event that a training course is cancelled because the minimum number of participants is not met, you will have the option of attending a comparable workshop.

Training courses or workshops not held at your location are usually held at Uniserv's headquarters in the Wilferdinger Höhe industrial area, Rastatter Straße 13, 75179 Pforzheim/GERMANY.

To gain the greatest possible benefit from an in-house training, a designated training room is an indispensable requirement. This should be equipped with a laptop connection, a video projector, overhead projector, screen and flipchart. In addition, it is important that every participant have an own PC workstation at his or her disposal during the entire training course
