Full House at Breakfast Seminar “Single Customer View” in Milan
On November 12th, Uniserv Academy has hosted a Business Seminar “360° Single Customer View” in Meliá Milan in Milan, Italy.
With a record number of 60 participants Uniserv organised an overly interesting Business Seminar. The agenda contained four presentations on the full view of customer data to improve Marketing, CRM and E-Commerce underlined with best practices.
Among other things the participants learned the following:
- How to offer products to customers that are really interested
- How to create up- and cross-selling opportunities
- How to improve customer loyalty
- How to avoid misleading marketing campaigns
The participants discovered how to create a 360° single customer view and how to make marketing campaigns efficient and increase the ROI.
Tiziana Polimanti from Poste Italiane started the seminar with insights in the customer journey and successful CRM. Alberto Boggetti from Uniserv with 15 years active in the field of One-to-One Marketing and Customer Data Management explained the indispensability of a full single customer view. Only with overall management of customer information and adjustment to the communication you can really retain your customer. Gerardo Ruggia from Notime has developed a deep expertise in communication technologies, e-commerce and CRM for the loyalty of customers and prospects. He presented Flycard - a new loyalty program completely digital. The last but not least Dejan Stefanovic from Eurofides talked about customer centricity. He explained why Eurofides decided to work with Uniserv and how the solution optimized their customer communication and improved their business.
