"Single Customer View" in Rome
Recently, Uniserv has organised a business breakfast to the topic “Single Customer View” in Rome.
The event, held on May15th in the Hotel NH Villa Carpegna, was a total success.
With over 40 participants (among which the most were Managers responsible for the CRM Management, Marketing and Sales in the leading Italian and international companies), this business breakfast showed that Rome has a lot of interest and is ready to leverage the B2C communication and make it more personal.
The audience had an interesting programme, dedicated to show how the companies c an get a 360° view of their customers:
Anna Miller spoke of the common challenges that marketing managers from various countries are facing nowadays. Anna has especially addressed issues related to customer understanding and the right usage of customer information in the CRM marketing.
Alberto Boggetti has brought his experience of over 15 years in one presentation and told the audience the meaning and importance of having a single view of the customers. Alberto showed the situations which marketing departments are facing every day and the ways to make the everyday business more effective by using the information about the customers which already exists within the companies.
Alessandro Nardona and Luisa Quarta were speaking about the importance of getting the right knowledge of the customers. And Gerardo Ruggia, with his deep experience in the field of CRM and customer loyalty, presented Flycard, a new loyalty program to gain the customers through a completely digital way.
