Nutricia Danone wins Dutch Customer Data
Uniserv proudly congratulates Tom de Waard and Nutricia Danone on winning the Dutch Customer Data Award 2014 at the event “Data en Dialoog in de praktijk.” in Amsterdam.
Nutricia produces baby and children nutrition and is famous for brands like Nutrilon, Olvarit and Bambix in the Netherlands. Their main goal is to provide healthy food for every child, from the start of pregnancy to toddler.
The Nutricia Danone case is unique because marketing is purely focused on the mother. She is put in the center for every activity. Their goal: Follow the mother on every channel and provide her with relevant and inspiring information and services she requires on every given moment.
The 2014 theme of the Dutch Customer Data Award is “The Age of the Customer” and the award has been given to the organisation that positioned themselves best in improving customer interaction by making better use of customer data.
The jury supported their decision for Nutricia with the following statement:
"All activities that Nutricia executes were visible and noticeable for their customers and have added value to the chosen strategy. Each mother gets the content that fits her questions right in time. All efforts are focused around the roll-out of the eConnect strategy and develop a new business channel next to the existing e-commerce channels. An impressive performance and a great example for our sector".
