From June 2020, our new Jira Service Desk will be available in Customer Support. This will enable you to reach us even more effectively, specifically and transparently. Your support request will be converted into a Jira ticket and you will receive a link to the ticket system so that you can follow the processing together with us. Or you create your ticket yourself directly at the Uniserv Service Desk.
