Caution & Compliance Framework version 303 for SAP S/4HANA from Uniserv achieves SAP®-certified integration
Uniserv announces that the Caution & Compliance Framework version 303 for SAP S/4HANA has achieved SAP® certification as integrated with RISE with SAP S/4HANA® Cloud.
The integration helps companies to implement legal requirements for fraud and terrorism prevention. The requirements of special compliance regulations (money laundering act, counter-terrorism laws) are taken into account. However, it also supports other areas such as combating fraud by identifying suspicious persons and politically exposed persons (peps).
Every company based or operating in the EU is obliged under current EU regulations and the AWG to make an economically and technically justifiable effort to check all business partners against the published european common foreign & security policy (CFSP) list. This means that not only exporting companies, but also companies that only do business in Germany must check all business partners (suppliers, customers, employees) against sanctions lists.
Irrespective of the specific list and embedding in existing processes, the check always follows the same process. If the business partner data is submitted for checking, a fuzzy check is carried out against existing databases to identify suspicions. If a suspicion is identified, a so-called process is created in the system. A processor then decides on the suspicion in a corresponding administration interface. The check results are documented in an audit-proof manner.
