Uniserv data quality solutions recertified by La Poste

The French postal service La Poste has certified Uniserv's DQ solutions, including HEXAVIA, HEXAPOSTE, HEXALIGNE 3, HEXACLE, and CEDEXA, for another two years. Users benefit above all from lower postage costs and guaranteed, priority delivery.
The French postal service La Poste has extended Uniserv's existing certification for standardization, structuring, and postal verification of French addresses for another two years. As before, the new certification covers the Unix/Linux and Windows versions. Until 2027, users are guaranteed to be working in compliance with the rules and requirements of the French postal service. Users benefit from lower postage costs and secure, priority delivery.
Software solutions for France are only certified by La Poste if they are compatible with and can map the French postal and addressing system. In France, for example, a distinction is made between the recipient's place of residence (lieu dit) and the postal location (localité d'acheminement), i.e., the location of the responsible postal delivery point. This is unique compared to the logic used in other countries. As a result, a postal check is mandatory to identify the responsible post office for the place of residence. In addition, French addresses are structured line by line. Places of residence are only mentioned if they differ from the corresponding postal location.
The check is carried out by the SNA (Service National de l'Adresse). A set of 1,000 test addresses is processed and evaluated. In addition to HEXAVIA as the reference file for French streets and HEXAPOSTE, the reference file for French postal codes, the new certification also includes HEXACLE (reference file for French house numbers) and HEXALIGNE 3 as the reference file for address additions or geographical location additions. The CEDEXA database (companies with a major customer contract with the French postal service) is also included. The CEDEX code enables faster delivery. Missing elements such as PO box and street addresses are automatically added. The special extra at Uniserv is always full certification for RNVP (restructuration, normalisation, validation postale).
The solution is aimed at all users in France and abroad who want to prepare their address data for the French market. End customers can be accurately identified and contacted. All data is checked down to the house number and surname of the addressee and corrected if necessary. The benefits are lower return rates, a sustainable reduction in costs, and postage discounts.
