Story
As a global market leader in packaging machines with more than 80 subsidiaries, MULTIVAC was faced with a fragmented IT landscape that had evolved over many years. The decentralized storage of data across its national subsidiaries made it difficult to establish a centralized, globally consistent view of customers and business partners. As a result, the core Lead-to-Order process was complex, lacked transparency, and required significant manual effort.
Solution
With the Uniserv Data Migration Hub, MULTIVAC temporarily implemented a solution to centrally consolidate data from subsidiaries across the entire group. Based on so-called Golden Records, a fully integrated 360-degree view of customers and business partners was created.
Success
With its 360-degree view, MULTIVAC is moving away from distributed and fragmented data structures. Instead, the company is unlocking opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs, thereby strengthening its competitiveness in the long term. At the same time, a reliable and accurate data foundation creates the basis for customer-centric AI applications that measurably enhance the customer experience.

“The use of Uniserv’s Data Migration Hub provided full transparency into the quality of master data and enabled the efficient elimination of master data errors and duplicates.”
